Please complete this form as thoroughly as possible so we can provide you with the most accurate quote and availability. Be sure to provide accurate contact information, as we may need to reach you directly regarding your request.

Lex Sugar Haus operates strictly through our website and requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice for most orders and can be booked months in advance. While last-minute orders may occasionally be accepted, they are not guaranteed and depend on weekly availability. If your last minute order is accepted, a rush fee may be applied and full payment is due in full immediatly upon booking.

Ordering ahead allows us to plan and prepare in a timely manner, shop for supplies, ingredients, order custom toppers and adjust other scheduled orders.

After submitting your inquiry, please allow 24–72 hours for review.

Response times are calculated during business days only (Tuesday–Saturday), as we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Once approved, an invoice will be sent via email. Please check your spam or junk folder and mark our email as “Not Junk” to ensure you receive future communications.

Please note, large event orders such as weddings, quinceaneras, sweet 16s or similar, may still be scheduled for these days with prior arrangement.

We are closed Sundays and Mondays.

All pick ups must be scheduled Tuesday-Saturday. If your event falls on Sunday or Monday, pick up must be arranged for the day before or after, if applicable. (excludes large event deliveries) Pick up times are from 9:30am-7:00pm

A 15 minute grace period is provided for pick ups. Late arrivals after 15 minutes will incur a $15 late fee. After 30 minutes, the pick up window will be considered missed and will require rescheduling including a $30 rescheduling fee.

These Packages include cake pops, oreo pucks, pretzles and rice krispies.

All treats are either dipped or molded into their forms with high quality chocolate (premium upgrades are available for our packages, please view our a la carte section for more options)

We take allergies seriously and can accommodate many dietary needs; however, our home bakery handles common allergens, and while precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or eliminate the risk of cross-contact.
