Be sure to provide accurate contact information, as we may need to reach you directly regarding your request. Lex Sugar Haus operates strictly through our website and requires a minimum of two weeks’ notice for most orders and can be booked months in advance. While last-minute orders may occasionally be accepted, they are not guaranteed and depend on weekly availability. If your last minute order is accepted, a rush fee may be applied and full payment is due in full immediatly upon booking. If your request is for an event taking place within two weeks or does not fit our schedule, you may not receive an invoice. Ordering ahead allows us to plan and prepare in a timely manner, shop for supplies, ingredients, order custom toppers and adjust other scheduled orders.

Response times are calculated during business days only (Tuesday–Saturday), as we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Once approved, an invoice will be sent via email. Please check your spam or junk folder and mark our email as “Not Junk” to ensure you receive future communications.
Please note, large event orders such as weddings, quinceaneras, sweet 16s or similar, may still be scheduled for these days with prior arangement. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have questions prior to submitting your inquiry for these kind of events.
Your retainer deadline will be listed on your invoice. Please review all details carefully before submitting payment.
